But how do we use your data?
We know, the world of privacy is complicated, and we don’t want to confuse you.

If you are browsing our site without interacting with us or filling out our forms, your browsing data (location, referral URL, browser) is aggregated and anonymized by Google Analytics (if you consented to cookie selection), to give us an idea of how our site is functioning and help us understand what we can improve. We don’t actually know anything about you related to your name, surname, email address, or location.

If you are browsing our site and have filled out our form, in addition to the paragraph above about Google Analytics, your name, surname, email, and phone number (optional) are directed to the department at IDA we believe can help you most. This data is not stored in databases owned by IDA S.r.l., and remains in the initial contact emails.
